Booth sizes and prices
Wings & Annex Arena Spaces 10 x 10 and 10 x 14 cost $300
Cube Arena (smaller unloading area) so ONLY $280.00 for 10 x 10 and 10 x 14
Wings Concourse Spaces,Cube Lobby & Annex Lobby a few are also 10 x 6 cost $280
Wings Lobby & Wings Concession Area 12 x 12 cost $400 a space
Electric & Corner's additional $5 against the wall
Middle Spaces in all Arena's are 10 X 14 no electric & extra 4 X 10 is for storage or use
Cube Lobby have 23 Artists and all sizes, so see Application

Jury Fee is a "ONE TIME" Jury Fee as long as you keep the same craft and
it applies for all shows. Jury pics required: pictures of your product/s, work area and booth set-up or description of your booth set-up, if this is your first show!
You must have and show your Confirmation Slip Friday Night Set up's ONLY FOR ALL WINGS SHOWS, and for early entry into each show, you may enter up to two hours early. Also, you should use your own Lobby Door & Park in the Artists Parking Lot, right across the street from Wings Lobby. After the show opens there is NO CHARGE FOR SHOPPER'S OR PARKING. So if your coming in together, you only would need one Confirmation. Please send a Self-Address Stamped Envelope aka S.A.S.E.or you will be charged $5.00 and Please Sign each Application or you will be charged $5.00 also, collected at the show. Two outlet's per artist and you may bring Strips to plug into. Wings will be counting plug in's. They charge Bev and she will charge you accordingly.
Booth sizes and prices
Wings Arena floor 10 x 10 against the wall & with electric (cost $5.00/ corner's $5.00)
Then a 10 x 14 $150 (the 10 X 4 extra at the back of the middle spaces are for storage or for use)
Wings Lobby and Concession Area are 12 x 12 $180.00 Only 9 in Lobby & 8 Concession.
Wings Concourse 20 x 6 $150 is full wall space, OR $90.00 for 1/2 when sharing the other 1/2 with a friend 10 X 6 is half size space. IF we have an extra 1/2 Space, please call if you are not sharing with a friend. We are here to work with you, we will return your call, if not with in 24 hours at least with in the week, if on vacation or having surgery, or just "Life Happenings to Us All":-)
Electric is an additional $5 (not available in 10 x 14 spaces). All Corner's are additional $5.00
A Forgotten S.A.S.E. is also $5.00 (Self Addressed Stamped Envelope)
Watch for LATE ENTRIES, after Dead Line DATE, it's $20.00, if you enter before dead line and on the waiting list, this does not apply.

You must have a Licensed Kitchen for Food, Agricultural Licensed for Pet Treats too!

Booth sizes and prices
SINGLE SPACE SIZE 12 x 12 $90.00 You are allowed up to two spaces and if sharing 1/2 a booth, then up to 3 together. Each Artist or Crafter must be juried and sign an application, ONLY ON BOOTH FEE IS APPLIED, but each must be juried.
Concessions $180 size is 18 feet there are only 5 in section H and it's fist come, first in the row and next in, is next & so on & so on. You must have your own genator, their is limited electrical out lets and not near the Concession Area, about 500 feet or so out.
If you would like to be in Elec. area in Sect. F enter early.
Electric is an additional $10 ONLY IN SECTION F, see the map, their are only 9 Spaces are only in Section F. ALL applicants that want to be next to each other, should try to mail in same envelope. Please make sure to send a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope aka S.A.S.E. in order for us to return your pictures and to receive your Confirmation, everyone must have a Confirmaton to get in AND IT MUST BE IN THE WINDOW OF YOUR VEHICALE. See the Applications for all regulations. Elec. is $10.00 extra, Corner's are $5.00 extra, even if you have not paid for it in the past, it's prime real estate and this was new in 2011. S.A.S.E. if you forget it, is $5.00 extra, NOT SIGNING YOUR APPLICATION IS $5.00 EXTRA., so please help us, HELP YOU, by reading and after Dead Line Date, is $20.00 extra, unless you signed up and placed your self on the waiting list before the Dead Line Date, then Late Fee does not apply.
